Dude Vegapunk is the scientist creating the PX or whatever Kuma clones are there. Things strong enough to destroy the entire Straw Hat crew. The guy is mass producing those things. The marines have more shit up their sleeve for sure and I highly doubt we won't see Vegapunk at some point in the series.

Even though Vegapunk is making the PXs I'm not really thinking he's actually a fighter but more than that I'm not even sure if he's really "bad." The WG and the celestial dragons (which I can't see all being weak useless twats) seem to have a lot of control over people and Vegapunk could simple be an inventor that's being forced to do what he does.

Another example of a powerful individual likely being controlled was Kuma. I'm curious as to what made him follow the world government though it could have simply been him being forcibly altered to follow the WG by Vegapunk and/or scientists under his study. Honestly though I think there's more to it than just a brainwashing of sorts and I hope we see what more or less happened.

There are many reasons why BB could be the final villain. Unlike all the other bad guys he's been slowly built up. He started as some background looking character and has been slowly growing showing he's not a good guy. Just like the main character he has been looking for crew members and believes in his dreams. He's just as rash as Luffy but in a darker sort of way. He scared Shanks and screwed around in WB's crew. If BB's crew gets defeated in the next few arcs it means the last villain will be either Dragon, Shanks or some random "one-piece is actually a robot-zombie-demon" type of bad guy.

Problem is that he isn't very sympathic, and not particularly clever. He can make a great nemesis for a while, but ending with him as a final villains would be kinda...I don't know..it would lack epic plot twist.

I hope it will be someone related to one piece, or with more interesting motive than "I want one piece".

There was a weird poll a while back, and it said that Vegapunk is a huge threat. Dunno if it means in regards to strength or just in general because he is definatly someone to be worried about.

People also forget about the elder 5 stars - the guys in charge of the WG (remember Sengoku isn't in charge of the WG, just the marines). If marines take a back stage for a bit it's not like the WG will vanish.

I believe BB will be the end boss, just because he is like the dark side version of luffy and both rely on brute force, also that BlackBeard is the most popular pirate in history and ODA is a big fan of him

That would be my theory. He's going to be the mad scientist who gives himself the most powerful inventions.

Vegapunk is responsible for slowly engineering Kuma to a point were he is no longer human (body or mind). That seems fairly twisted to me.

As well as most likely being very powerful as Kuma does not seem to be a huge fan of the WG. He may be being forced into being a shichibukai and into being a cyborg by a force he was not able to overcome. Kuma has twice "saved" the straw hat crew and it wouldn't make any sense for him to do that if he was willingly surrendering himself to be a force for the WG with no free will.

BB is like like Luffy in alot of things and also the exact opposite. They're both relative nobodies, Luffy has a famous family/bb comes from a famous crew, that are rising to the top. When BB first showed up he didn't seem very impressive but he keeps getting more impressive everytime we see him. I doubt he's a dumbass just like everything else about him, strength, size, appearance we'll eventually get to see his real self.

One thing BB can obviously do is motivate people to follow him. To have those heavyweights join his crew? To have them work together for his cause? That's probably the most impressive thing.

Seems like Oda is unhappy with his orginal size for giants, everytime we see a new one it's bigger. Oz was like 2-3 times a regular giant, San Juan looks like he could eat oz whole.
