So I got jailed by accident

Do you still have the suspension mark on you? You will have to excuse me for this because I can not believe a GM was able to help you out, especially if they are all douches and just refer you to the info center.

I wasn't actually jailed or suspended, the GM just sent me a tell regarding "suspicious use of the delivery box". Not sure what was so suspicious about it... they're the ones who put the 1 mil cap on money deliveries.

After I got dumped in there, a whole bunch of lvl1 anon pearlless mules got dumped in there too. Then shortly after, a few people who I was salvaging with get dumped in there too (yes, our run got ruined, we were just about to pop Gyro 3 gear NM obviously it was soooo gonna drop! )

After 10 mins or so, I get dumped at my homepoint.

Anyway, I called a GM to ask what on earth just happened, and apparently it's a common thing, I have a feeling they have an automated process to deal with pos hackers etc, and he told me that me and the other two people in my salvage group got jailed by accident, it's occuring very frequently now (the accidentally jailing) and they're working on the problem.

The main question I asked "Does this count as a strike on my account?" , to which he told me nope, anyone who gets wrongfully jailed and sent back to their HP instead of getting a full ban will not have it marked on them.


The one thing that baffles me is, why me and my 2 melees who were with me in salvage, none of my mages got sent to jail either ! I was scared for my precious 100bynes At least we know they have some kind of system, was funny seeing all the people there. Although something something it's kind of hard to mistake 3 people fully geared up and doing an event for lvl1 mules something something.

Everyone is fair game it seems, you can just get jailed by accident appaprently.

I remember an old ls mate getting banned then when he phoned up about it they found out they were meaning to ban his CLONE from ANOTHER SERVER intead of him. So they ended up unbanning him in the end XD

That was ever so fun to hear about. My brother was swearing up and down the house that day.

sounds like normal human activity to me? Long days, staring at computers so long, sometimes you mix up names if they're super close, as what seems to be the problem with a lot of the cases.

Sounds to me like there should be a 2 hour limit placed on GMs working instead of AV & Pandy Warden fights..

Another GM contacted me about it, spoke about how I was accidentally jailed etc, and asked if used any AP/Nyzul tags etc etc to be re-imbursed with.

holy shit awesome! I'm impressed SE has come a long way with their GMs, this is freaking sweet. The land of all items being lost forever is slowly slowly becoming a distant memory

I told him how much AP I lost from which assault etc, and he said he's going to do his check and later in the week I'll be contacted again. Really really impressed.
