new mnk player looking for mentor

simply put I will be starting ffxi back up, i was a mnk before i quit. im not a noob by experience, but will be by my lv and gil load lol!

looking for some Mnk, or can be anything really, mentor that can help me get on my feet. i dont have friends anymore that play this game so i am going in solo. Looking for someone i can make good friends with and do thing with in game. Just need some help getting on my feet, you know the SJ quests, kazahm keys, getting up through mission 6 sandy for my airship pass and such things as that. maby helping me unlock some sub jobs like nin and dnc etc.

Im not looking for a quick hand out, i just want some nice people i can start a friendship with. I love to help people, often times id duo ufo and such for ppl who needed ws gorgets, help them camp nms, do af quests and cop missions.

Id love to make friends with ppl i could eventually small man hnm fight with, you know 3 man genbus, behes, adas and the such. do limbus and small man salvages. That is so much fun to me, less ppl = less drama lol.

if none are interested that is ok!

Oh on side note, any one know some good low lv servers? my last one i never saw ppl lower than 75 www.

OP: I think your best bet will be to just play the game, join xp parties, chat to people, join a social LS.

You'll be able to come here and get any advice you need regarding gameplay, so there's no need for one to rely on the other. Make friends purely because you enjoy playing with them, not because they want a grasshopper.

Join xp parties, there are tons of people who don't care about endgame and just level other jobs etc, you'll find a social easily if you're willing to put in the effort helping where you can.

i recently moved to quetz, and to be honest, while lvling dnc, i didnt hate the dunes quite nearly as much as i did on my previous server

i re-read ur post, didnt realize u need kazham keys etc

anyway, if you want look me up, Saintgermain, im 75 black belt monk, 8/8 h2h, faith torque etc, i got a soft spot for monks and our linkshell (sky/social) has all levels and some old buddies who re-rolled

Not everyone just sits in AU. You'll find plenty of help, and like has been said, getting a linkshell can keep you in touch with people to help no matter where they are.
