Lol @ Transformers not getting the visual effects award. I mean, I didn't see The Golden Compass, but damn....still didn't see that coming.

This was the biggest fail I've ever seen. I saw both movies, the graphics in GC were good but they weren't that great, and the movie as a whole was horrible.

Ya I kind of feel the same way. Daniel Day Lewis is a really good actor though, he was awesome in Gangs of New York. He looks so different too w/o his facial hair o.O

Just that scene with Daniel Day Lewis screaming "i've abandoned my boy!" has really gotten my interest. And like you said all the awards its been winning too. I've liked all of his movies and it seems like it would be good. Seems like I'll be renting a lot of movies after watching tonight.
