I WANTED this movie to be my favorite movie of 2008. I have been looking forward to it for fucking almost 6 months now.

depends.... on what movies you like. and if you go with friends or not. Any buddy movie you have to see with a buddy. Also if you shun on movies that dont have a moral or meaning in it, then well it's not for ya.

Still think it's worth a 5-6 $ ticket.

I went with 6 people and all were high as fuck, and they all hated it. I would say wait until you can download a good copy.

I'm surprised at how much people disliked this movie. I wasn't disappointed with it, per se, as I got everything that I expected out of it, but it definitely felt overhyped. All the scenes felt very finely crafted, but the potential for greatness just wasn't in Pineapple Express like it was in, say, Superbad.

Still, its the best stoner movie in the sense that the entire movie revolves around weed, unlike Harold and Kumar 2.
