That wasn't Hendo's first fight in the UFC.

I wish it would have lasted longer but it was still pretty good.

Ya my bad, sorry. Still 2nd fight in... Anyways, hit me off as a complete surprise honestly. Especially after going the distance with Rampage....

I really cant see anyone else having just as much of a chance beating Anderson now.

Boooooya, sweet win by The Spider! Really good card altogether, can't wait for the UFC Fight Night! Then, I get to go watch UFC 83 at the Bell Center... And watch GSP dismantle Serra. :D

anderson is a beast. lol...i was way wrong on this. was a good show. so glad to see o'brian get destroyed by arlovski...not surprised about leban honestly...he's been much better since he got destroyed a few times. maybe now that Fedor might be leaving M-1, Dana will bring him in with a second chance. i'd love to see arlovski v fedor.

was an interview with the M-1 guys...said that he's been looking elsewhere. they've had him for 6 months now? haven't booked one show...loaned him out once to yarronoka (sp?) and that's it. they haven't done anything yet and i don't see them actually doing anything. he'll prolly sign with Dream though...get a crocop rematch.

Do you have the interview? It's kinda hard to believe since M-1's second name is basically The Fedor Show. They are Pro cross promotion so loaning to Yarraneko is basically them using him. I also thought they had a reality show in the making to find an opponent to fight Fedor, unless that fell through, there was a commercial for it so it seemed pretty official. I would love to see Fedor in the UFC but his last contract offered to him seemed way too crazy to sign, the UFC would have had to have a big change of heart for it, plus they are suing Couture who is holding out to fight Fedor.

what an odd post fight interview with him. i guess he was trying to win over the ohio crowd by talking about how great franklin was but it seemed like he was dissing hendo...who put up a much better fight than franklin did both times combined. lol. i honestly don't know who's going to challenge silva right now, that division is a little weak and he's ran through the "top" contenders. they keep hyping up okami...but he's a less talented japanese hendo...don't see that going well for him.

btw...what do you guys think about coleman v. lesner in august?

Coleman, even though he's old, will still rock Lesnar, unless Lesnar gets a Hail Mary in on him. Mark has an incredible amount of real-world in the ring experience, and the only experience Lesnar's had is tapping out. I think it's a better match than Mir, since Coleman is more of a standup fighter. This will be good because then Lesnar can get his face punched the fuck in so his retarded WWE fans will stfu about how "awesome" he is.

    Re: UFC® 82: PRIDE OF A CHAMPION

ive seriously stopped trying to predict fights now. people that *should* win are getting their asses kicked.

I thought Hendo was gonna win vs Silva if it went to the ground. I dont care if he is a BJJ BB, Hendo is a fkn Olympic wrestler.

    I had Wand over chuck
    I had Shogun over Forrest
I had Chuck over Techno Viking
the list goes on and on.

Id really like to see shogun de_stroy chuck but i seriously doubt thats gonna happen now.
Wand vs Techno Viking... who knows.
    Tito vs Machida ?
    Lesnar vs Coleman ?
Penn vs Sherk ? Penn should demolish him, but im not putting money on it.
im not even gonna put any thought into Sera vs GSP lol.

Yeah, I am also confused about why he keeps talking about Franklin, even though he destroyed him twice already. Obviously, Okami gets the next shot at the title since there's no one left (GSP wants to move up to middleweight soon, however, that won't be until he beats Serra and then Jon Fitch and maybe someone else). Okami ran out of luck though, he broke his hand somehow in the Tanner fight, so the next MW title shot won't be for a while now. :s

wanna see how Cote's next fight goes. Also would like to see Leben rewarded for the crazy chin he has.

Leben has an amazing chin, but Anderson already dealt with that. As for anybody to challenge Anderson, well you can thank the UFC for him having no challenger. There's at least 5 guys that could reasonably challenge him outside the UFC that I can think of off the top of my head.
