He seems just about the same as in melee, except his side+b hammer thing isn't useless so he's even more OP

I don't remember if it was in melee or not but while he's airborne you can use his hammer twice in quick succession and it can star KO small players at like 60% on some stages. The range is weak but if it lands it's pretty ridiculous.

It KO'ed at 72% on the middle platform and 81% on the bottom. If it was done close to the edge and towards the close side at lower percents it would top corner KO sometimes as well. So as an air attack it's pretty deadly and can kill at sub-60% above that top platform, which isn't even that high. Sorry for the shitty quality.
