Bune and Weapon would require a /NIN sub for both chars if you are binding or anything. It's pretty easy for the other person to get hate when a mage-type rdm is doing something.

when they did shiki i specifically remembered them being RDM/NIN and RDM/WHM, because Knitty (the /whm) tele-hollaed after the fight. I suppose when doing bune they could have been /nin and /blm... They seemed to be very familiar with RDM duoing and had pretty good gear to back them up. I saw regular gear swapping for refresh effect and also for most of their buffs..
With RDMs ability to build cEnmity pretty well, I think they knew how to maintain hate on 1 guy to have the other /mage.. so the possibility is there

I've always wondered if GMs have an advanced Widescan function that lists the time of respawn next to the mob's name (would be 000:00:00 if it's up or can spawn lotto). In such a case, I wouldn't be surprised to see one warping to their server now and then and checking up on lesser NMs. I recall the NM update last year where a lot of drops were mysteriously bought out in mass hours before the patch.

Otherwise, rest sounds like your typical hacking business.
