Stats are:
Forgot Damage(46? Highest RDM can equip) and Delay (450+?)
Vs. Empty: Ranged Attack +10%(Yes PERCENT O_O) and Ranged Accuracy+10.


Pretty nice bow, no use outside Promyvion unless your a RDM and fancy shooting gil
