    This happened to someone in my LS yesterday. They had to reactivate all of their Content IDs. Also happened to someone else a couple of months back. It is a Glitch that happens randomly around the Billing Date.

    I've had similar issues in the past, like ppl said above. It took some time but eventually resolved itself in a few hours. Have seen notice on known issue, not sure how long it may take but I wouldn't worry too much.

    Wife is having same issue, tried all day yesterday and today re-activing, still no luck.

    As far as this is concerned, any good keylogger won't just log keys. It'll grab information sent from all sorts of points. Any good keylogger made to log FFXI will most definately look for the file being sent that your password is saved in. You might stop some pisspoor loggers though.

    Is it better security? Technically, yeah. In the same way that tying a piece of string across the front doors of your car is technically better security.

    The best way to secure against keyloggers if you're really worried about it, is to virus scan your PC and change your passwords at regular intervals.

    I have been having this exact same problem since yesterday, i log in ok and then where it says play i get the same message saying i have no content ID.

    I just called POL a while ago and the lady told me to just re-enter my credit card info and it should work fine. I did this, and i am getting the message 'the server is busy or you have entered incorrect information. please note the following points and try again. please check whether your card is valid. please check your card number.'

    I also cannot reactivate my content id or change the card info to a different card. I am wondering if this is just a glitch caused by my CC being invalid at the billing time, if this is the case i went to the bank today and it /should/ be ok in a day or so? i hope?

    Two days ago, I started getting this SSL Certificate Authentication error when trying to access any menu via POL information input. No idea what it means. I can get through it after a couple tries but not sure why I get it. I haven't made any changes whatsoever as far as my billing information goes. I'm guessing it's probably something that just needs patching as I haven't gotten it ever before.

    I got the same problem. I just reset my computer and it fixed the problem.

    I've had the same problem of my content IDs magically "disappearing." Last month, my account had nothing in it when payment was due for FFXI, so after putting the necessary funds in, all I had to do was update my card information(no changes, even, to what was there before), and I could play again. They charged me twice this month to make up for last month's missing payment.

    Oh, and I tried rebooting my computer before updating my credit card information. Did nothing to the situation.

    My friend had the same problem, he had to wait all weekened due to the registration server maintenance.

    happened to me once about 2 years ago, and those piece of shits double charged me on that month. So check your bank details as well.

    Same thing happened to me a few months back, logged on to POL, hit play and it said my content IDs were invalid etc.

    I went and checked my checking account (after looking at other replies this problem seems to happen more frequently on debit cards) and I hadn't been billed even though everything was fine on the bank's end.
    Tried to "comfirm my payment details" but it kept saying that the card was invalid or whatever error it gives. I tried a different card, credit this time, but it still wouldn't go through, so in my last attempt I tried one of my girlfriend's cards and poof it worked. After changing the card, I was able to go back and change it back to my card I've always been using and it's been fine ever since.

    I know it's not an insufficient funds or a declined card issue because my balances were fine, and no charges are actually incurred until after you actually reactivate the content IDs, which is a separate step from modifying billing info. In my instance anyway, the system just didn't like cards issued under my name anymore and I had to do the runaround by doing a card under a different person's name and then changing it back ;p

    Sorry for the necro bump,

    Today i tried doing a server transfer for my char, I got the Error UCS-1104. I contacted pol through their chat and they told me to update the payment information, which i had already done. Anyway i tried different cards and still i got the same error. I checked if my IDs were active and they are, still i tried purchasing new IDs and when i tried to i got the error again. Im getting this same error for quite a few things Server transfer/reactivating IDs/purchasing IDs, etc... I can login the chars and play too so i dont know whats up :/

    Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

    This happened to me when my credit card was about to expire, it wouldnt let me try and buy new IDs with it, but even though i updated it i still got the error. You should wait till the billing is done and if theres a problem with your CC it will ask you to update it, this will fix the problem most probably, if it doesnt then idk what else you could do

    /shrug, happened to me too and reinputting card info fixed it but I lost my spot in a good merit party doing so ;-;

    Same thing happened, called SE and they said i had to renter credit card info and reactivate the persos.
