So when you're like walking about and doing your usual day to day stuff it just randomly goes up whilst your dick is limp? That seems a bit odd (not to worry you or anything, that just doesn't happen to me and most people don't tell me how their dick is feeling). If its not causing any irritation/feeling weird, apart from the initial "ooh, that feels funny" sensation, then just leave it for a week or so and see how it goes.
