Now that the Bills are playing 1 preseason and 1 regular season game in Toronto this year, my total will only be $280.

Randell Gay left, Asante Samuel left, Stallworth left, Moss is considering it. Roosevelt Colvin was cut (hopefully just to get him back with a lower cap number), and .... another LB was cut, but I can't remember his name off the top of my head.

Browns improved quite a bit already with Anderson signed long term and Stallworth. I assume they signed Anderson to play and are going to trade Quinn? Sucks they signed him long term too (i find him egotistical and dont think hes gonna be much in the NFL). Quinn will bitch his way out of there real quick when he doesnt play, who will take him?

They paid stallworth waaaaaaay too much. 7 years 35 mil? He didn't even have that great of a year last season.
I like the Shaun Rodgers pickup though, that defensive line is getting better. I think the Browns had the best free agency but they gave up their first 3 draft picks which kinda sucks.

Im a huge jets fan and I think with them moving vilma to the saints is a good move, Mangini didnt have a big roel for vilma like Edwards did. i Also like the kris jenkins pick up, we needed another solid D-lineman, maybe one more and our defense would be set. Another thing im liking is the pats are losing their arsenal: Samuel to the eagles, Gay to the saints, Stallworth to the browns, and with this recent info of moss and culpepper wanting to play togetehr again makes it seem liek he isnt going back to the pats

Also forgot to mention the jets also signed Faneca the other day from the steelers so our o-line is getting better. Now only if we can get pennington out of our hair....

Stallworth even played while in New England? Really. I was under the impression Tom Brady only had Moss and Welker for wideouts. I mean, with Randy Moss on your team, you are going to see less touches, far less touches, than when you were the eagles go to guy. However, what will be interesting will be to see what they do with that Stallworth/Edwards combo. Both are deep threats. Both have great speed. Will one assume more of a slot position, like Welker in new england, and the other stay running long routes? i don't know, we'll see. But you are right, 5mil a year for Stallworth for that long is definately pricey and the loss of picks is never a fun thing to have to give up. What do you think will happen with Quinn?

I see quinn ending up like aaron rodgers w/o the support of a hall of famer QB. Keep in mind anderson had one good season and no one really knew who he was. He could end up struggling next season and who knows Quinn may get in

Quinn's contract is not that big since he dropped so far down the 1st Round.

this is the NFL, if Cleveland's not stupid they keep him cause Anderson is likely not playing all 16 games next year. last thing you'd want is to end up like the Falcons after they let Schaub go.

I think the idea was to have Moss+Stallworth with welker to go to if the others were covered. It turned out the other way around. Stallworth is still a decent player though, he didn't have a great season but his past seasons were pretty good. He's a good addition to any team, either as a main wide out or to take pressure off others.

Stallworth is fast but he's always been a possession receiver. Plus Braylon and Winslow are one of the best deep threats in the game. You can't forget Jerevicious either. Stallworth will get his fair share of throws but I still think Edwards and Winslow will dominate most of the balls. Nice pick up though, they have one of the most complete offenses in the league now. I just think they paid too much for a guy who's probably only going to get 700-800 yards a season tops. Much like in NE he's going to live in the shadow of two other pro bowl players lol.

I'm going to like the QB controversy in Quinn. I'm happy he spoke up and said he's going to fight for the starting job. I'd rather have a guy feel like he's ready to play than concede and sit on the bench like a little bitch.

I think Anderson was just riding on momentum, luck and energy. He really sucked it up in the Pro Bowl, after the momentum subsided. (I know it's the pro bowl, but jesus christ he overthrew everyone, including edwards all the time).

I think the Browns surprised everyone last season, but now teams will be able to plan against their offense better, so hopefully (for Browns fans) their FA additions on defense will keep them in contention because I don't see them having an as successful year next year. I forsee a 8-8 record, maybe a little lower.

This, of course, coming from a Cincinnati fan.

I hope Asante Samuel has six years left in him. I really thought losing the super bowl for his team would have significantly devalued him.

Jason David comes to mind when I read this. Left the superbowl winning Colts to the Saints for a huge contract. Basically got LIT the fuck up all season long and im not talking dinking and dunking shit either. He was constantly getting burned deep, game after game after game.

Atleast he cashed in, is all I can say. But it should be interesting none the less.

I am also interested to see how an overrated Young does with Crumpler, who is instanly the player with the best hands in that receiving corp. There are no more excuses. Being here in NC I got to see him play both in college here and with the Falcons almost every weekend, I mean if Chandler, Vick, Harrington and Chris Redman can find him umpteen times a game for 100+ and crucial first downs then there are no more excuses or reasons Young should suck, besides the obvious.

After this season he is either a really good QB with bad receivers or he is a obvious bust. Just another one trick pony that can only use his legs for a 8 yard gain on 3rd and 13 >.> I know there are alot of Vince lovers that peruse these forums and I respect that, but after this year there are no more excuses. They canned Norm Chow, gotten new talent, They are even talking about catering to his ass and taking his buddy Limas Sweed (WR from Texas) in the April draft, I mean he has a new everything. There is only one common denominator left if this season is a failure.....

Not sure if this is sarcasm or not. If you're being sarcastic, then it's funny. if you're being serious, then you're stupid, because there's no fucking way in hell that the Titans can compete with Indy, NE, SD, or hell... Jacksonville or Pittsburgh. VY is not as bad as people may seem to think, but he's definitely not a top tier QB yet.
