Windower Border Issue

I don't know if this has been posted anywhere else (tried various searches, came up with nothing) but I am just curious how to deal with the fuzzy nonsense that appears in the windower's borders now.

The actual window for the windower stretches far below my task bar and there is a whole bunch oh crazy shit taking up most of the window. The only thing that isn't shitty or whacked out is the small portion of the window where FFXI plays.

Any ideas of how to get rid of it? It's really annoying.

A lot of people went into the FFXI config tool and simply un-enabled windowed mode (the one supplied by SE), but that did not work for everyone. There is a large topic about it on the windower forums you should check out

I tried it for a few days to see how it was. My screen looked blurry and my chat logs were a pain to read. After all that I went back to the 3rd party version.

If you're skinning disable skinning for POL and programs launched by POL.
