Spiritreaver Head?

Hello everyone, a quick question. My friend has completed the whm pup head quest and then started the Spiritreaver Head(blm head) they are above the level 50 required level to complete this. But we have a strange problem, the NPC galka will not allow her to complete this quest and get the blm head. They started the quest when it first came out and hasn't finished it since they forgot about it. We have tried trading the imperial coffee but the galka does nothing and we also tried trading all the items over again nothing works. Is there a way to complete it or even start over? Thank you for your help and info!

If the quest is in a glitched state, might be best to try and contact a GM and see if they can restart it for you.
