Character Unlock?

I still need to find Ike in SSE to unlock his music. If anyone knows where he is lemme know please. The important piece of information I need is which dot it is on the map as they aren't numbered and I can't read the Kanji most of them have.

He's in one of the two "Subspace" levels (they both have the same level heading). Near the 4 dots in a square formation at the top right there's two dots close by, the higher one is the one you want. After 2 doors you can go either left or right up a staircase; Ike is on the left.

If you're talking about finding Ike in the regular SSE path, which is where I got his theme from, he shows up automatically once you get partway through the first Marth/Metaknight stage.

You can get Sonic by completing Classic with 10 characters, and Ness by reflecting 10 projectiles

just curious, do you need to fulfill multiple, or all requirements to unlock a character? I beat classic with link today, exclusively to unlock toon link, and I wasn't offered the fight

Toon Link, Jiggly, and Wolf are the only ones (i think) that require you to beat SE before you can unlock them the other ways.

Toon Link, Jiggly, and Wolf are the only ones (i think) that require you to beat SE before you can unlock them the other ways.

It's also worth adding that you don't need to use link. I can only confirm that I did it with Marth, but I'd guess from that and info on the wiki that any character will work.

From the info on the Brawl blog today, it seems you only need to clear SSE to get Toon Link if you are going through Classic Mode to get him. The site doesn't mention that requirement for the number of multiplayer matches method.
