I've been playing like shit for a good week now, it's worse offline than it is online. Just making all sorts of mistakes and stuff.

I've been using nair predominantly actually, but I dont see how keeping my range from that fair of yours is a bad thing, neutering myself is just silly.

Ah well I was just saying it was all you were doing that round. Although I am all-up-in-you-face style with Ness, I don't really like chasing my opponent constantly

Edit: Omg I am so happy how I improved my Ness. Gotten better at sparkle <3 Although I still don't know why my Wario is doing better than Ness against Ike...

ah crap my internet died out on me for a moment there. Good stuff though! Always fun and nice to practice with you so I can be more ready to counter The Fire Emblem duo that I will see often in the future (if a tournment would happen nearby...)

God I hate Toon Link. Fights like a seizuring octopus.
Think its Zetah thats BAM, I give up. Losing w/o killing one stock means I need to rethink some combos.

Yeah, I'm BAM. Sorry for not switching characters, but I'm focusing strictly on Toon Link and I finally have a hang of him. You didn't play bad, I just got you really good with combos.

Try short-hopping pk-fire more often as Lucas, it'll stop my aerial approaches.

Usually I'll do my neutral A combo and as the guy falls back I roll into them and up tilt then jump into a neutral A.

I was mostly just trying to get close to you to stop projectiles. But then yeah, I got slashed around when I tried.

Again, don't feel bad. I think Toon Link is the most versatile character in the game, has tons of options and very few weaknesses. The only weaknesses I can think of are a laggy grab and him being lightweight. But since I generally don't approach on the ground, PK fire will make me rethink things and either make me projectile camp as a retaliation or approach from an odd angle.

You can play me again and I'll play somebody else, like Peach or Ice Climbers.
