SAM on the other hand is still getting ridiculously buffed. All hail SAM, the only real DD! It will likely be buffed more and more until Domaru SAMs can outdamage everyone.

Nice update.

To the one saying the new band is meh.... its a lot better. 2k xp per charge and assuming the 'doubling up' rules apply the same to this band, you will be able to use 2 charges per day every other day, resulting in an average of 3k xp bonus per day... much better.

Problem is, you can only recharge once a week. So you can only get 6k bonus per week instead of 7k (with empress).

This update is incredible! Though I am surprised they didnt mention sch and dnc merits (They must be there). They also did not put the auto-translate text for a lot of the new stuff.

I actually want to continue leveling SCH now. I also agree that Addendum:White will likely give access to SS and Blink, and will lead to SCH gaining rockstar status.
