I could be completely wrong and I sense your sarcasm but this seems tailor made for Accomplice BLM, Trick Attack WS Tank every minute.

no sarcasm, just lack of context. for what I use thf for, this is pretty nice. (low-man messing around where, in the past, i have had problems keeping hate off the squishy DDs). for bigger fights, well i can't speak on that.

Accomplice doesn't work this way, and I assume that Collaborator doesn't either.

i'm assuming you mean trick attack doesn't work this way, but if not, can you extrapolate? (or point me to the proper thread)

TA doesn't transfer your total enmity; it only transfers the enmity of the attack that's TAed.

So it doesn't matter whether you have 0, 1000, or 15000 enmity units when you do TA+WS. The tank will simply get the enmity from that WS added to their total enmity.

Underwhelming. Thankfully that MDB + Enmity is good on it's own...

Oddly enough, with all the MDB + Enmity + set resists = useful macro vs. spellcasting?

Any idea how Saurian helm is crafted/obtained?

Well Saurian is a word that relates to Lizards, the only Lizard sounding NM in the update is Odontyrannus (sp?) So I'm putting money on that.

Odontotyrannus is a fish, it's the pugil you fish up for PLD AF boots quest in present day Vana'diel's Castle Oztroja. Odontotyrannus in the past is most likely a yagudo stronghold/campaign NM.

These seem to fit along well with the vanilla Nyzul weapons on floor 100.

I imagine these drop from Nyzul. If someone has SCH or DNC with a 100 access disc + key item it might be worth checking out.

Just tested the whole "Wyvern Buff" in merits. After about 1000~2000xp, my Wyvern gained more Breath Potency (unsure if it was a change in HP, which would be the general case). So instead of doing 180~188, he was getting off 240 unresisted, and quite consistently too at full HP.

This would also affect Healing Breath, and someone tested with full Wyv.HP gear (Drn. Brais +1, Homam Boots, Wyvern Mail 50JSE body) with Wyrm Armet and got 557 HP recovered. Wyvern's TP effects the amount healed, but it wasn't 100%+, which has huge significance. Just to note, I typically get 396-420 HP recovered using the above gear (except the JSE body).

Attack while equipped (1hand axe in main + 24STR total) = 359
Attack while unequipped (1hand axe in main + 24STR total) = 358

I was waiting for Campaign to start on PUP/DNC and pulled a leech for lulz. I put up Drain Samba 2, and lo' and behold, my automaton can now receive Samba effects. If this has been posted before, /whoosh, if not, fucking thank you SE. Gogo Aspir Samba + Soulsoother head MP return~!

SMN scores a fairly good self maintaining ability for their MP, leaving whm as the only mage that lacks (as main only) any ability or trait to maintain it's own MP value.

So yeah I'd say smn got something.

some of the numbers I'm seeing from SMN is pretty good really. a well equiped 75 smn can get like what 250 MP every 5minutes (so 500mp every 10minutes) a rdm refreshing themselves only gets 440mp every 10minutes (just to give you an idea)

and this doesn't really have anything to do with the datamining anyways <.>;

Save your Allied Notes, as Morn posted earlier something seems to be broken with these.

I went from 397 att w/ no head or hands equipped to only 402...the increase owing to the STR on the items (397 > 399 w/ 1 piece > 402 w/ 2 pieces). There is no att bonus to speak of w/ only the 2 available pieces.

They're nice looking pieces of armor, but kind of annoying that they're nothing more than town gear...though I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything else.

Watched 4 guys Manhandle Ashmaker Gutblot. They it dropped the +4 matt feet. In my best estimation having not fought him seems to be a lvl 75-77 NM. Looked like BLM type but they pwned it so fast couldn't tell if it really was. I would say that it could be duoed if prepared. He resides in the large section just south of the main entrance.
