Save your Allied Notes, as Morn posted earlier something seems to be broken with these.

I went from 397 att w/ no head or hands equipped to only 402...the increase owing to the STR on the items (397 > 399 w/ 1 piece > 402 w/ 2 pieces). There is no att bonus to speak of w/ only the 2 available pieces.

They're nice looking pieces of armor, but kind of annoying that they're nothing more than town gear...though I suppose I shouldn't have expected anything else.

Like I said before the effect probably lowers effective weapon delay.
Edit: Think about it, "Increases Attack." Seems like the best way to say its a Dual weild and Two-handed weapon delay bonus.

has anyone tested to see if does lower delay or it's +1 attack is a glitch?

I like the mithra male.. he actually looks hot. better than what I'd expected and also better than what current custom dats have come up with...

the resemblence to squall is there with the belts tho.. The Windy story is sooo good.
