Did SE screw over EU Client users?

Was anyone using EU client able to start updating before 1 hour when Maintnace was due to start?

I have a feeling SE decide to "fix" congestion by screwing EUers up the arse....

Well I'm EU and I couldn't start update until 1 hour before maint was supposed to end. And I still got a good 20 mins left. If it was in fact a plan to put us last I can't say I'm surprised, they always put maintenances and whatever other crap right in the middle of our prime. Find a suitable minority and kill it dead, the old fashioned way.

i could get it an hour before server came up, and was one of the first people to log on on my server

Not to rain on the "EU hates SE Parade," but I'm in the middle of the US using NA client and couldn't begin to download the update until about an hour and a half to two hours before the update was scheduled to end. At about an hour left before server-up, the download rate tanked horribly and is continuing to go extremely slowly one hour post server-up.

Same problem here, been downloading files for about 2 hours now and the time remaining has been between 2:08x and 2:15x for the last hour... I dont think this is going to end for a long time yet

I'm NA and I'm in the same situation as you guys, I don't think they are just screwing EU.

Afink SE did screw EU ppl over i wasnt able to download ANY files till 1hr left in the maintinence and im STILL downloading only @55% at the time of this post -_-

Same here, I think the correct answer is that random people got screwed.. I'm EU playing on NA client and as of now still have 3 hours left on update. On a plus side it's midnight now and I can just go to bed and it'll hopefully be done by when I wake up in the morning.

I'm a EU playing on NA version and I wasn't able to start downloading untill like an hour before the update was over. And still haven't gotten past 31% of the actual files (still 2108 files remaining as I type this). Gotten POL-1611 or whatever like 41 times while downloading. So probably won't have the update for a couple of days since I can't really sit by the computer hitting retry every 10min. They should make a auto-retry each 30sec or so when you get your download process interrupted!

EU account here and a LOT of people were able to start and finish their download before I was even able to "Check Version".

Started downloading an hour before maintenance finished, on a T1 University Connection...Still an hour to go Downloading slow as hell.

The also did it for South America. I am in Peru at the moment and I hate to wait 2 hours longer than other people before I was able to download.

I'm EU on an EU client and was able to download pretty fast, it took about 20 minutes, and was done well before I could actually log onto the game. I was number 20-something logged in on my server (Valefor).
