OK, let's just get to the main issue behind all of this. Twilight is just a rip off of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but without the main character being an ass-kicking machine. Seriously, the rivalry between the two main vampires is completely Angel and Spike from early season 2. They took out the all of the super-awesome violence and the sex and marketed it to preteens and their sexually frustrated moms.

And the writer is a Mormon.

I thought this was a great ep. Then again I work at a Barnes and Noble and hear, "Where is the book Twilight?" from some teen daily. The Goth kids were hilarious and burning down a hot topic was fantastic.

I guess this episode didn't appeal to me as much because I didn't know much about Twilight. The goth kids always annoyed me so overall I was let down for a season finale.

As someone who met many goths and poser vampires the last the the fad was popular (all the way back in the 90's), I have to say that the episode was brilliant. I fervently hope that all Hot Topics across the world all simultaneously suffer from spontaneous combustion. And the assembly at the end of the episode was total win.

Thought the goths were great in this episode. Also the music while they were burning down the store was hilarious, I found myself humming it to myself today.

Not an awesome way to end the season, but it was okay. The Startling Parts 1 and 2, Elementary School Musical, and especially About Last Night... were my favorites this season.
