If you're at Holy Knight Emblem $$$$, you could probably switch, buy, switch back and recap before the next patch that adds the new ranks/items.

Sorry for the novice question, but I have been behind the game with the new expansion. Is it possible for me to rank up and aquire AN under bastok, then change to sandy(I dont even know how) to purchase the 2 MDB peices? Would my rank/AN transfer?

The first time it's like 300 AN to change nations. The second (and assumedly those after) are 1000 AN (?) and your top two medals confiscated.

Just a few observations on the new Cobra Cloche and Cobra Gloves. I picked these up right after I got scholar 68 and I noticed a significant boost in magic accuracy landing enfeebles on imps (mire @ Khimaira Camp). I believe they are similar to the lower level Cobra items in that for each piece beyond the first, the set effect increases.

I have the Cobra Cap and the Cobra Mittens for my DNC, I've only seen Counter Proc twice since I got them, so I'm guessing the power will increase with more of the items, but still, it's nice if it procs when shadows drop XD, (Had that happen on one of the occasions)

Fourth set has increasing attack bonus, wearing the 4th piece got like +6 atk. What's the stats of the other set ?

Before you say that.

Get a collection of gear with from 1-5 Str on them.

Equip a piece of Fourth gear, and a piece of random gear with the same Str as another piece of Fourth gear.

Check your attack, swap the Fourth for the random Str gear, keep repeating and make sure you aren't getting the .5/.75 attack from the Str, especially in fractions, mixed up with the actual gear attack boost.

There's what, +13 Str on the Fourth gear? That's 6.5 Attack by itself.
