So Far: Best 5/Worst 5

Due to the absolutely tear inducingly funny shit you can do with him, I want to learn how to use snake seriously. At the best right now all I have is a good anti rush down.

My favourite so far:

Ike - overused blah blah blah I don't give a shit, he's fun to play with and surprisingly fast.
Marth - from the melee days.
Lucas - God I love him, PK THUNDA!
Sonic - I need to practice using him, but I really like how they captured his style.
Snake - Same as above.

Honorable mentions go to Zelda/Shiek, Pit, Lucario and PT. All are great fun to play.

Worst for me so far:

Yoshi - What the fuck?
ZSS - I could get my head around how to use her and her Down+B being a move to propell her upwards fucks with my head.
Metaknight - Can't KO for shit. Actually, I can't hit for shit either, he's fast and has pretty short range so I can't control him well.
Link - Doesn't feel as fluid as before.
Diddy Kong - Can't use him and his moves seem pretty useless.

Worst 5:
Ganondorf (slow Ganon is slooooooooooow)
Ness (character is alright, but I don't like having to manually aim the PK Thunder to get the third jump to recover, I can never get it right)
Lucas (Ditto)
Yoshi (no third jump, which I just don't want to try getting around, alright otherwise)
Although there are other characters I dislike playing as, I can't really thing of a fifth one I really *hate* having to select.

I agree, they changed a lot about Marth in Brawl. Feels like a different character, but I still like using him. They nerfed his range but increased his speed and I have trouble adjusting to the range change since I always slash a little to far to hit.

I played Marth and Sheik in melee. His range did get shorter which took a bit of getting used to in order to hit tippers again. I also find it much harder to spike than it was in melee. I really miss being able to L-cancel, tho there is a way to do it but then you can't fast fall. :/ Sheik I just gave up on.

I like bringing C.Falcon into FFA matches because then I can usually do pretty good with him

But 1v1 I almost always lose with C.Falcon. Although people really do overestimate the charge time on the Falcon Punch.

I'm so mad they made him so weak in the air. He really didn't need much changing at all. The general nerf to combos was enough to weakening him for Brawl.

Same. And he seems a lot slower in the air as well. The stuff you could do with him in Melee made me go "Wow that's fast/crazy!" Now Captain Falcon just...seems off. He even looks weird! ; ;

Anyways,

Snake (He's loltastic once you know how to use him)
Marth (My main in Melee)
Zero Suit Samus (A heck of a lot of fun to play, but hard to get good with I feel)
Lucario (MNK/NIN Pokemon!!!)
... and for the 5th spot I can't decide. It's kinda a tie between Sonic, Zelda, and Fox.

Bottom 5:
Yoshi for sure
Samus is there too....

And I can't think of any others I hate/suck with besides those two. . . you could argue DK I guess but he's still pretty solid.
