"oh yeah I used to rap/play with will back in the day, man he sold out and left me behind" is your basis for him working directly for the Obama campaign honchos?
Wanna give the names of said people so we can look up some recording/promotion history or something?
guartz: no, I'm saying if you want to make a claim, back it up. sunb1tch claimed the will.i.am vids were Obama camp produced, I found sources saying otherwise. If you have some sources we can have a discussion; if you don't we can have 20 people saying "lolconspiracy".
Do you and sunbl1nd not understand how debates are carried out? Sunbl1nd made the statement therefore the burden of proof lies solely on him. There is no reason to disbelieve what was stated by the people who made the video, but apperently he alledges that Obama's camp, with Obama's knowledge, had some important role to play in this video, and yet he not even backs up such an outlandish claim with some form of evidence to be placed up for scrutiny.Originally Posted by guartz
That wasn't a source dickhead, that was coming directly from the horse's mouth basically. That's like taking the media's word that we invaded Iraq because we had evidence of WMDs lolOriginally Posted by Beckwin
How about I don't provide you with shit, because you can't "investigate" the people I know online on "credible sources".
What's next? Do you want to tackle Jay-Z's water privatizing plan and say he's doing Africa a favor?![]()

These ads do not contain this disclaimer. For these videos to have been paid for by Obama or one of his supporters they would find themselves very quickly in volation of these laws. Logic would dictate that anybody who makes it this far into a presidential campaign does not overlook this detail.Originally Posted by guartz
Where's your evidence or reasoning that Obama's campaign both produced/paid for these videos and in the process of doing so violated the law?
So "some dude" told you that Obama's campaign produced and directed will.i.am's videos based on.... being an associate of will.i.am 5 years ago and not liking how he did business?
lol, right from the horse's mouth indeed.
get the fuck out.

What an excellent bundle of support you have, absolutely perfect, and so verifyable. Could you at least elaborate on this?
It would be illogical to think that Obama had nothing to do with this. If he's not directly involved, he most certainly indirectly influenced it. Saying "HE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT" is quite off base.Originally Posted by Kuya

Saying 'he broke campaign law a month ago and nobody noticed, including the republicans and hillary' isn't off base? Is your brain completely immune to logic and reason?Originally Posted by guartz
Besides, isn't his wife in the video?!?!
Nobody told me his videos were co-produced by Obama's campaign. Your pathetic attempt to put words in my mouth is showing desperation.Originally Posted by Beckwin
Learn to read. Knowing about his personality and two-faced treatment of colleagues brought me to the conclusion that the guy is a fake-ass businessman exploiting the conscious rap popularity for his own gain.
You don't have facts proving anything about this dude's character, so quit acting like you know what you're talking about. At the very least, hip-hop fans see this guy as a fake ass rapper, an opportunist, and a total dick in-person. Its not a far leap to think he has an underlying motive behind his campaign music videos.
The direct evidence is the video itself. Obama, obama! remember?
Saying that Obama's breathing caused a hurricane is indirect evidence, a video supporting his personal goal for the white house on the other hand, IS direct evidence.
Hardly anyone's assuming he has nothing to do with it. Assuming that he has something to do with it or nothing to do with it, are two equally illogical conclusions as they both make assumptions on Obama's character without even knowing the guy. We're going by the fact that the producers of the video claimed that Obama himself had no role in its creations, and since we have no reason to doubt them or seen any evidence to the contrary, the most logical conclusion is that Obama has had nothing to do with it until proven otherwise.Originally Posted by guartz
Also saying he indirectly influenced it is very vague. These seem to be things you don't seem to understand guartz, and you do not understand the difference between reasonable doubt and a conspiracy theory, as is clear that your inmediate assumption is to say that he had something to do with it, without having any evidence to provide for it.
