Have any connections between Beastmen Morale and the killing of non-campaign beastmen been found?

If it does, then some level 75 kill partys sweaping a zone of DC and such mobs for a period of time could have a real effect on the strength of the campaign mobs in an area.

Anyone have thoughts?
