They were originally on Carbuncle then migrated to Quetz where they were with Perseverance ls. Migrated to Seraph two days ago with the name change to Spee.

I left carbuncle because when Gadritan (OSLS leader) moved to Leviathan and the LS was in the process of breaking because Asherah (one of the co-leaders) had no time with school to run the LS. Even though I was one of the leaders, I did not want the responsibility of running the shell. There was no reason for me to stay there. I still had Traveler that I was part of, but they only did events twice a week on tuesday mornings and saturday mornings and the only other thing they did was camp fafnir/nidhogg when it was in JP prime time.

Most of the members or OSLS either moved to Quetz (Duncan/Losthopes, Hollister, Chriscoffey/Darkmaul, Darktaru (Darthtaru on Quetz.) Most of the rest moved to Leviathan (Gadritan who has since moved back to carby and joined FS, Arcanes, Piproutan, Zerow, Kishimo...etc...and a few others that broke of from VFS like Chuko and I think Dagmar from PT moved there, too) All my friends left carbuncle. Why would I want to stay not to mention carbuncle was a HORRIBLE server. Quetzacoatl was absolute heaven compared to carbuncle and I really liked the server, actually.

I left Quetz mainly because 1. I have wanted to change my name since I got this character and forgot to do it when I moved to quetz. Honestly...would any of you guys want to run around with a name like Cutykitty when you are a big galka looking guy IRL. lol. I know that seems like a minor thing, but it was a big deal to me. Then my friend, who I used to do almost everything with on the game--Darkmaul, lost his account when the original owner tried to get it back and lied to SE telling the RMT stole it.

Problems with the LS I was in wasn't really a big part of my decision. I was fine in perseverance and loved the LS, but my ONE AND ONLY problem with the LS was with how some of the upper echelon of the LS took advantage of a very poorly designed point system and would lot items for themselves that would have been of greater benefit to the LS had some people been more considerate and let other people have them. Other than that, I had NO other problems with the LS and actually really enjoyed being in perseverance and playing with some outstanding people/players many of whom are still on my FL. Let me make this clear, the LS is NOT the reason I left and I already miss some of them. ; ;

Before you judge so quickly you should perhaps take into account that he actually sent me a long PM in which he said many positive things about you.

This dude bought major gil to fund his goldsmithing and also to purchase his gear, including kraken club for his first character (Speerit Hume). This character ended up getting banned for cursing someone out, iirc with racial slurs.

Went major emo over w.legs when they dropped and he didn't get. Ended up leaving and forming a new LS which ended up failing, this is before his first character was banned.

Somehow he ended up with this second character, Cutykitty, and played that on Carbuncle for awhile; eventually server transferring.

I never did anything to you at all, until I said something about you on KI. I called you out on the lolwlegs and that you're a gilbuyer. Never shit talked, never said you had no life, your fat, ugly, bald, w/e else. Just said what everyone else was saying.

Well, my account got banned for good and catch this...
I never had a chance to even talk to a GM. I was banned after 1 suspension for "harrassing another player"...this was all in tells, mind you. It's not like I was shouting about this person in Jueno...mmmK. Players argue and razz each other in this game ALL the time. I had called GM's in the past for people doing the same thing to me and their reply was "just use your blacklist function and if the person continues to harass you, then give us another call."

Well, I guess that wasn't an option to the person who called a GM on me. So...338 days of playtime, three lvl 75 jobs, 111 merits, all cities rank 10, ZM finished, COP finished, Dynamis-Xarcabard access, 99+3 goldsmithing 60 in 5 other crafts, a Kraken club, stage 3 Dynamis Sword and 300+ million gil in other equipment...ALL gone.

I had only been suspended one other time. It was for putting in my comment, a joke about selling my account for RL money because people kept asking me if they could buy my stuff a YEAR AGO. In that case I was AFK while going to the store to get groceries to come home and find I was suspended without talking to a GM...and catch this...for "Participating in RMT." lol. Wow...just...wow. But gilsellers bot, speed hack, mpk, harass players and even admit to selling gil right in front of GM's and yet still their accounts are active...even the ones that have been suspended 3-4 times.

So with 2 "offenses" I get permanately banned. There is no consistency in what GM's do to anyone. All them treat different players differently. They have no set of standards and can suspend you if they "feel" like it....and guess what, there is NOTHING you can do to get your account back...supposedly. I think you can. Does anyone know of anyone that has had their account recovered after being banned? I was actually wondering if there IS a route you can take to get it back if you do feel you were wrongfully banned.

This company is so corrupt. I think SE has this infatuation with banning people lately to make room on the existing servers for the incoming x-box players to avoid opening extra servers. They obviously care nothing about customer loyalty (unless you are JP), people's time they spend playing the game, or customer service.

Well, on the other hand, I have wanted to quit for a while and hung around to help friends out in game...Not 100% sure if I even want to get my account back especially after the BS that SE pulls on their customers and the other things they allow with players that really do create in game problems. I don't want to waste any more money to support such a dishonest, unorganized, piece of sh.. company.

And when you ran out of words, you shouted shit at me that I buy gil, sell gil, steal from my linkshell, that I called someone a n***** (which was Topcat, and you can even ask the person who got called it who called them that, they'll tell you who said it), that I suck off GM's and e-cyber them, that I fly down to L.A. and fuck them and a whole slew of other shit. And when I Blisted you on Speerit, you logged on to a mule and did it on there some more. So OBVIOUSLY Blisting couldn't work.

Call me a whore, or a bitch, or whatever. I don't care. But some of the shit you've called me and said to me is beyond disgusting.

The worst thing is, after all of it was over and done with, you talked with me in PMs about how grateful you were that you got banned, cause you could finally get off this game and do other things IRL. Thanked me you got banned. Happy you got banned. Even posted on forums about how good it was you were able to leave.

...Yet you came back. And not only did you come back, you did a 180` and started accusing me and shit again. Anytime you'd see me on Cutykitty, out would come the whore, slut, GM sucker comments. Almost a 2 YEARS LATER you are NO BIGGER of a man.

God damnit, get over it and stop whining you were the victim in this situation, cause you weren't even close. I am sad you did get banned. Did I ask you to get banned? No. And I told you myself I was upset. Hell, I even tried to talk to another GM, but that failed.

But for the love of god, move on already :/

Most people that know me know I don't typically troll forums, and even more rarely do I actually bother to post. I've been around since the earliest days of the NA launch continuously and in that time I have gotten to know a wide array of people.

Speerit is among those that I have known for, what is at this point 4 years. Most that know me know I am friendly toward everyone and have always tried very hard to treat everyone fairly. I will admit that back when he was known as Speerit he most certainly was a bit cocky. As to specifics, I cannot give but I had heard people accusing him of buying gil, but I never saw any hard evidence to supposrt this argument. In fact to my recollection he did a lot of gardening back in the day and doing his best to HQ the lvl36 rings mostly. Then he got banned supposedly for someone reporting an inappropriate comment. He certainly did have a bit of a short temper as Speerit, but again that seemed to change when he became Cuty.

However, Snarf had Cutykitty's account for a while and eventually gave it to Speerit so he could come back to the game without having to start from scratch. While I had known Spee back in his Hume days, we became closer when he came to his senses and joined the Tarutaru master race. All joking aside, what I saw of him after he came back from being banned was a very sharp contrast to the person even I knew. While brash before the banning when he came back he was much more mellow and humble. He is by no means perfect, nor is anyone, and I speak from my personal experience with him. If you treat him fairly and intelligently he will always more than return the favor and is a good person to have by your side.

Would I have trusted him as Speerit? Maybe. Would I trust him today? Most definitely. In short, over my years playing he is probably, in my estimation, one of the most reformed. However, there are certainly those that would condemn and harp over the person he used to be till they are blue in the face. Personally, I think my sheer level of interaction with him speaks volumes. As Speerit we'd exchange the occasional tell and pleasantries, but as Cutykitty we actually did things together and talked on a fairly regular basis. In fact dispite having been gone from the server for a few months now we talk regularly to this very day.

I am not saying he did or did not do any of the things of which he is accused. I am simply attesting to his character as he stands today. Everything I have seen at least leads me to believe he is both a smart and honorable player. Like most of us, if you treat him with kindness and respect he will return the favor.

I now return to my horde of tacos...
