    lost ID's.

    after a 1.5-2 yearish absence from ffxi, i decided to try it out again...even if i have to start over. but after reinstalling POL and FFXI i realized i dont have my POL ID and password so i cant even get past the first window of playonline. i tried contacting playonline via phone, email, service+support on their website, and all i get are the "basic solutions" which dont help me. is there anyway i can still retrieve all of these? i still have my original registration keys. etc.

    ive had it happen, you just have to tell them you lost it, they will ask for cc, main reg code, address, name etc

    then give it to you, they can also reset the passwd

    when i did it it was online chat, good luck
