Friend of mine approves of a camp I found for him a while back.

East Ronfaure [S], on the way towards where Ranguemont zone would be, northern most part has like four spiders, two or three more to the south, and three wimpy gobs plus a couple tougher a little further out. Pixie roams through it, and I think it's viable from 51 or 52 with a couple pet swaps til the gobs go boom.

Gotta have practice running away before the drop though, but he said it rocked out there.

Don't forget you can get behind Gate 2 solo now (lyco light warp ftw), and for the low 30's, you can get up into Beauc easily to solo Gigas pets on the way to Fei Yin. The pond right before Fei'Yin can have two Gigas Bsts, and is a very safe camp for non-casters, no aggro in the tunnels, just gotta watch the other Gigas/pulls.

be careful about using erucas vs jagils. something the guide on wiki doesn't tell you is that they have a resist charm trait...

EM eruca was "might be able to charm" and "should be able to charm" at DC with +27 chr, though i havent been out there since i upgraded a little bit.
even the dc's made me nervous though... a misscharm on firesday or when the volcano is active and you're gonna get MESSED up lol

Man, you know what is maddening about East Ronfaure?

The HUGE amount of Djinn's at the south end that seem unwilling to blow up, and the perfect level pets at the north end with the spiders. A Djinn will eat 9 or 10 Colibri/Ladybugs before blowing up sometimes, otherwise it would be risky but possible to go blow them up at like 45-46 when you can start charming Coli/Bugs.

Coli/Bugs are still viable exp fodder around that range, but MAN it drives me nuts seeing Bombs that I can't make go boom. Would have been awesome before they nerfed Djinns to Bst/Rdm out there.

Fight > Nuke > Run > Boom.

Sky should be good for you at 74. Just throw birds at the pots. A trick that some people don't know is to stand opposite your pet when you fight the pots. Stand back a little so you still melee the pot and then Firaga III cannot hit you. I had trouble killing the statues. I managed a few but their Meltdown move sucks. People say you can run away in time but it never happened for me. Also you will need pet swaps on those statues and I never liked having to swap pets for standard exp mobs.

i miss the heyday of djinn... i pulled chain 7 solo on lightsday. get chain 5 and my kitty pet survives. take my moderately damaged tiger, sic it on 2 djinn close to each other, diaga, and run like hell. boom 7, boom 6. out of order in log, but still oh so sweet. stacks of djinn ash, 10k an hour easy, raise4 from pixies if i needed it... it was heaven. WHY! WHY DID YOU TAKE IT FROM ME, SE!? *sobs*

On topic, any exciting camp suggestions for 45bst? I was thinking of ladybugs/colibri in Ronfaure [S] but the guide I read suggested /dnc. My DNC is 7

I saw a Bst/Whm and a Bst/Nin out there doing fine.

I had them try the Djinns, but after two of them threw like 20 pets between them with not one self destruct, one of them went "ya know, this actually isn't a bad camp just using the coli's/bugs" and that was that.
