Mind providing a link for the forum-retarded such as myself, timer opens this evening and if I can get this to work I'd really like to.Originally Posted by THEPANDA
Ok, since I know many people are interested in getting this to work with APradar and not just me, I download the map-pack and extracted it to APradar file but it's still not working, maybe I'm going about it the wrong way?
Well, unless you're psychic, I don't think you're going to be seeing the antlions underground, which is what this last derailing is specifically about, but on topic of it I think I figured it out through power of brute, retard force.
Couple extra questions on this....
1) How much HP do the Hunters have? I know the main NM has 10,000 HP.
2) If you wipe, do the mobs burrow? Stay put where you died? Not really sure at all here.
3) Is there a limit on the number of mobs that can be out at once? Can you have all 3 Hunters and the NM out at the same time?
4) Hard hard do the Hunters hit relative to the NM?
Thanks!
1) probably about 5,000 each.Originally Posted by Kaeko
2) no idea I've never wiped on it.
3) All of them can be out I've had it happen before.
4) about 1/2 as hard as the NM I would say.
I've been reading through a bit, think a BLM, BLM, WHM setup could work? I haven't personnaly even tried the ENM so I don't how bad these sand beasts are.
That can work, but RDM + BLM duo is a joke, and so is a bunch of other setups. It's really an easy BC as long as you can get to the real one without many issues.
RDM/NIN + BLM/NIN ? I assume its all about doing damage fast so it goes underground and both mages can recover?
I tried soloing this on SCH last week and was able to get it to 23% before timing out. Helices do extremely well on this and all you need to beat this is to land 8 Helices on the NM (it will burrow after every 2 or 25% HP)
You could probably do well just have 1 job hold any non-NMs and have the SCH kill the NM solo.
