Fortification skill caps?

Was wondering if anyone knew if the Fortifications have a skill cap or only good for skill ups up to certain level depending on area.

I've read that you can skill up to 150 at either one of them.

Afaik, your skill cap around Lv 50-55.

What about the mobs? I just recently found out about the 150 cap without reading this thread, but since this was created I was curious as to what the mobs can cap you at.

Level 60-65 if I remember.

Also in that regard, would it be possible to work off latent on a Weapon of Trial? With or w/o tag?

No. If you can't kill it and gain experience, you cannot break latents on it.
