One of the best rated PS2 games is being ported to the Wii. I loved this game back on Ps2, and plan on picking this up when I get the chance.

Definitely picking this up. Never played the PS2 version.

It was being hailed by anyone who rated it and actually played through it. It was a great game, but sales weren't great. Clover studio's the company that produced it went bankrupt a while back as a result. Its a shame, given a chance this game could have been a new zelda.
This game was pretty fun, got distracted and started other stuff. The talking in the game is so annoying though, its just garbally guck and gets annoying in like 2.2 seconds.
So? Makes localization easier/cheaper if they don't have to get new voice actors.Originally Posted by Po
Not to mention Zelda games do the same exact thing. It's not a bad strategy, really.Originally Posted by Elcura
one of my favorite recent games, shame on you guys for not picking it up the first time through![]()
probably need to pick this up. the small collection of Wii games i have yet to beat will not be pleased
I'd rather hear nothing than hear that random noise, it just gets annoying after a while.Originally Posted by Elcura
Zelda can get annoying too (hi2u OoT and LISTENNNNNNNNNNN.)

If you have a Wii and don't have this game yet stop what you are doing and go buy it, NOW!!!! If you have a PS2 and don't have a Wii then try your damnest to find a copy of this game. It is an amazing game that makes Zelda: Twilight Princess seem shallow and with out storyline. My greatest hope is that people buy enough copies of this game to warrant them doing the sequel like they were planning.
Clover deserved awards and recognition for Okami, and God Hand instead they got sacked. Capcom needs to pull there head outta their asses and beg Seeds to do an Okami sequel.
Clover studio's was dissolved. I doubt there will be a sequel. This game was underrated and underappreciated. Those that played it, loved it. Those that didn't over looked it. Its a shame.
Ya they're an independent group called Seeds but I think if Capcom offered them the chance to make a sequel they would. As unlikely as it is I have to hope that game is easily in my all time top 10 maybe even in the top 5.Originally Posted by sephir

Yea I saw that... also heard it was a shitty port and freezes or something? I don't have a Wii but if this is a good port just more of a reason for me to buy one since I missed the ps2 version =/Originally Posted by Starless
I just picked up the game yesterday, played about 2 hours and it's pretty fun. The graphics are not terrible for a ps2 port and I haven't had any framerate or freezing issues as of yet. I love the zelda-style gameplay and the characters have pretty good personalities. So far I'd say this is certainly a good buy, its the most time I've put into my Wii in a long time (outside of smash matches with friends)
