black mines also give a massive -perp cost for avatars if you use one after you summon. (to the point where i can get 1 tick refresh with any avatar with no -perp gear and using the wrong staff lulz) shhhh don't tell anyone >.>

I think if it's an "Oh, exploitable!" type of bug they say nothing to minimize abuse pre-maint.
