considering the obscenely low caliber of most GMs and their almost despondent attitude towards actually trying to execute their job beyond punting the customer (you, the player, are the customer to a GM) it's refreshing to see a GM who takes their job with a grain of salt and has some fun with it. having a technician on the phone crack a joke or otherwise is a wonderful way to defuse the frustration associated with the reason for the complaint in the first place, and considering the high frustration events that many GM calls are associated with, a demeanor such as this individual's is a valuable asset. assuming this GM also gets things done (which i'd honestly think is a safe assumption as they seem genuinely interested in their job) i award them my highest GM rating to date.
