They appear randomly. The higher the difficulty, the higher the chance of a trophy stand showing up. I'm pretty sure they don't appear at all on easy, but if they do they can take well over 20 minutes.

Man I had trouble with him on Easy <_< I think it was my second day using the numchuck Maybe I'll try on normal/hard tomorrow.

And for that thing with the characters that can change into another character, you need to beat x with them to get their trophy, yeah.

If you're going for the classic challenge thing, you HAVE to beat it with sheik/zelda, samus/zero suit samus, but you only have to kill it once with pokemon trainer. I think it applies to all things in solo excluding SSE.

I beat Tabuu on intense and played him a bajillion times trying to beat him.. and I never saw a trophy stand once. :/

There is a sticker that you can slap on that increases the trophy stands drop rate.

Protip: Lucas + PK Sticker + Thunder Spam = Win

Not completely sure, I always thought you lost what you collected what you gained from that level when you died. I never even bothered to use stickers until I went back on Intense to collect my Tabuu trophy.

I saw someone say there were two versions of his trophy, one with his whip and another with his wings. How you you get the latter version?

do they have to be at like 1% to capture?

I'd say 5-10% or lower. His health bar wasn't a tiny sliver, kinda like the width of his name at the top of the screen.

I think it's one of the challenges. Might be Beat boss battles mode with all characters.

When you beat Classic with Pokemon trainer, you get the trainer's trophy, and you get a trophy for the Pokemon that got the killshot on Master hand. So with PT, you have to beat classic mode a total of 3 times to get Charizard, Ivysaur, and Squirtle trophies.
