ANSWER:

This error indacated that you have a corrupt MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) installation on your computer. Many computer programs, including PR-Tracker require MDAC in order to run properly. PR-Tracker requires that MDAC 2.5 or above in order to run. PR-Tracker installs MDAC 2.5 (with no service pack) if and only if MDAC 2.5 or higher has not already been installed on the computer..

MDAC can be corrupted in many ways but it usually occurs when an application program doesn't install MDAC properly. This particular case of corruption has been reported by several people who use IBM Client Access. We have verified that PR-Tracker works properly on a computer, but then after IBM Client Access gets installed, PR-Tracker no longer works.

The server application is in fact running 8D Just had my brother log on from 500 miles away :] Very excited. Everything so far has worked perfectly, which means something is going to go wrong soon I can feel it. Soon as we get a GUI I can finish up and it will be in beta
