Very strange Campaign behavior?
Last night while doing some campaign battles, I traveled to Jugner, got my tags, waited 4mins while talking to /p members. Suddenly, without any damage or chatlog message (and no mobs anywhere), I got the message that I was defeated by a Kaiser Behemoth. I'll repeat for GREAT JUSTICE: no chatlog damage or anything. By the time I had a moment to take screenshots (or thought about it), the chatlog had scrolled past that point, but it wasn't much to note (ie. just me getting the tag message, and then 4 minutes later while talking in chatlog, getting a defeated message with no mobs around). About 30seconds later, Shadowhorn and his Gigas came to Jugner.
Was this a glitch? If not, why did I not get a chatlog message, or more importantly, how the hell do I stop this from happening next time...

Re: Very strange Campaign behavior?
Sounds like a group went out and met the mobs coming in and you just got nailed by meteor. It does have ungodly range for the KB versions of behemoths. KB is supposed to come with one of the shadow groups so thats more than likely what happened.
And yeah, many times i've only seen "guitarman was defeated by the king behemoth" in my chat log; no damage no nothing, just a whole lotta dead. spike flail does that sometimes too.

It just happens sometimes, I think it has to with filters, and massive AoEs hitting a lot of people

Re: Very strange Campaign behavior?
Monster actions register from 40' away. Meteor can be cast on someone 30' away, and has significantly more than a 10' radius(I'm not sure the exact distance, it's not something fun to test <______<) so you can be hit by it if it's target is between you and KB in a relatively straight line.

Re: Very strange Campaign behavior?
Kaiser certainly has unholy range- he can literally hit you with Thunderbolts from outside the point where you can normally engage.
Was a distinct pleasure getting the kill shot on the cursed thing last night when one showed up at Fort K-N.
