He likes to whine a lot. He thinks he's a good player but he's pretty shitty. He doesn't like to "feel used". For example we were in the first "endgame" LS together, which was basically just a sky LS. He'd refuse to come on BLM most days as he didn't want to "just be a stun whore". He whines, a lot. He makes me seem like a quiet person. He also whines a lot, did I say that yet?

He's not a bad guy, just not someone I could handle being around for more than a few fractions of a second at a time, most other people have more tolerance than me, however. There's very little chance he'll do anything "wrong", he's just somewhat nubby and will complain occasionally/often, while at the same time giving you tips as to how you can do better, most of the time his "tips" will be things intelligent players already know and are aware of and don't need to be reminded of. There's almost no chance he'll rip someone off, steal an item, etc. or any drama like that.

I also tanked ToAU 44 for his whm on my PLD/rdm and he went batshit crazy praising me for it...he had never seen a PLD tank that well etc etc. but my paladin is fairly poorly geared (I basically have Homam + ethereal and some AF2, not body lol) and I was never exceptional at playing it. So he also has little experience around actually good players.

I wouldn't completely dismiss him, but I've had enough time around him I'd say no if he were to apply to my LS, it's possible he could work out in someone elses fine. Most of my comments are from knowing him a while ago, but I've seen no noticeable change in behavior in my contact with him throughout the years, at times I've thought he cooled down a little, though.

for his short stay on phoenix he was apart of my linkshell. he did complain alot and really liked lotting on stuff, which for our group was ok, most everything was free lot. his attendance was better than most members as well. The only real beef i had with him was him not wanting to come the job he was asked to come as most of the time.
