I used to love the bonus awards worth extra points or negative points from the first 2 smash games. Even the bonus matches in the vs. mode were a blast because it was never a clear vision of who would be the winner. Too bad they didn't include these in brawl.

Its kind of a bummer, but at the same time I'm glad. I'd get so caught up trying to throw in every direction and connect one of every attack type sometimes I'd end up losing all my stock.

I kinda miss the little titles you'd get in classic mode, shit like 'button masher', 'angelic' 'No R 4 U' and 'Oppertunist' were kinda funny and interesting.

One of the two bummers i have is tripping (nice way to get owned in a boss battle) and the announcer vs melee (i liked the emphasis on words in melee vs brawl)

So fucking true. The most impossible one to me was "hammer throw". I spent countless hours playing Brinstar with Hammers on very high falling into the lava over and over to try and drop the fucking hammer. my god that was annoying.

It works in Brawl too. Just beat them up by attacking from below or behind, some attacks don't phase them while others made them "stunned" or drop it. I never really understood it but sometimes the best defense is a good offense. :3
