I don't think anyone here actively "seeks" celebrities out, at least I fucking hope not lol. I think it is just a matter of who you stumble upon when you are out and about in the normal, daily routine of your life.

Don't know about anyone else but that is how my list was compiled.

I got smashed with An Angle at their apartment downtown. It was a really memorable, pleasant night. Kris Anaya kept telling me to drink more. I probably got raped. I remember feeling bad because they were all such awesome people that I thought I was ruining their night by being there, but they said they'd love to hang out again.

Uptown Cabaret has alot of porn stars there lol. I met Jenna Jamison and Janet Jacme there as well when I was in College and what not. Back when strip clubs and smutty clubs were the way of the world. Everyone month they have celebrity porn star nights, where they meat and greet, dance on stage and look for new talent.

I am really glad you mentioned that lol.

    pun intended.
Haha, I was down in Charlotte for work a couple months ago and a few friends and I went bar hopping. Ended up randomly jumping into cabs, telling the drivers to just take us somewhere cool, because we were tired of walking. Finally ended up at that place, but we were so smashed that we didn't realize it was a strip club until we actually walked in. No clue if there was anyone famous there, we got a couple dances for the hell of it but our primary interest was alcohol at the time.

Charlotte is so much cooler than Raleigh. I'm actually down there a lot for work, and to go to parties at the Forum.

Met BB King at a tiny little highway bathroom in Boston when i was 10. My dad recognized him because he is a fan, and BB King shook my hand and pinned a little guitar pin on my t-shirt.

I guess I mean.. I don't go all like "OMG ITS fillintheblank" or whatever. I remember I met Karl Malone once and he was a complete ass, although justified, to some girl screaming over him trying to get an autograph.

Not too many celebrities in my life, but I've met Willie Clay (NFL player) and Jack Canfield (Chicken Soup For the Soul writer) since the both graduated from my high school and came to speak at various points while growing up. Joe Paterno came at one point to sign Eddie Drummond, but I only saw him from the classroom window.

Re: Who's the most famous person you've met?

Some skateboard peoples... if that counts. It's pretty easy to meet though.

I used to know Jason Acuna (Wee Man). He worked at my local skate shop "Go Skate" in San Jose, CA and used to give me free Sonic shit when he rode for them. Skated with him a few times outside of that, then Sonic went bankrupt and he moved to LA and became some kind of retarded TV star.

Caswell Berry (his long-time (now ex) girlfriend is a very good friend of mine, and he used to skate in my neighborhood a lot when I first started skating and his dad owned the only "skatepark" in town (San Jose Ramp Club)... back when he had looooong red hair. He was the most annoying little twerp, I hated his guts. Now he's some kind of hot shit)
Jerry Tsu (hometown hero, met him at skatespots a billion times and I used to work with his girlfriend)
Steve Caballero (old dude, friendly nonetheless. met @ a skatespot)
Marc Johnson (went off the deep end, but still a nice guy. met @ a skatespot)
Mikey Taylor (super nice guy, friend of my roomate's, hung out with him at some party)
Sierra Fellers (hung out with him a few times, another friend of my roomate's)
Elissa Steamer (ran into her walking down Haight St. in SF, she's ugly!)

I had mentioned it somewhere else before Kat Shandruk, who was a fashion model on some big deal 15-page photo shoot I assisted on in Paris. Photographer was awesome enough to not care if I chatted up the talent between shots (some get very pissed), so I did and the 18-year old canadian supermodel was one of the raddest and nicest girls I have ever met, and one of the few people who spoke english when I was there... refreshing enough in itself. I still correspond with her via Facebook occasionally. Nom...

Embarassing to mention, but I've met and hung out a few times with Papa Roach the singer Cody/Coby/whatever, his sweaty ass gave me a hug and I stunk for the rest of the night... good god I hate their music. They were just friends of my friends... Same thing goes for Tera Melos, Dredg, Thrice, et cetera.

In my dark days of liking retarded shit, I'll admit to meeting ICP and Kottonmouth Kings outside of some shows. Let's let that die though, thanks.

I talked to the girls from the band Mum once, after a show in SF. Good fucking shit they are cute little icelandic gals. That accent is to die for.

Not "famous" in our generation's sense of the word, but my buddy Steven Silverstein is an internationally reknown fashion/beauty photographer from the late 80's early 90's... lol.

Re: Who's the most famous person you've met?

I flirted with Michelle Kwan at the St. Louis Airport for about 5 min while waiting for my sisters who were on the same flight.... until her mom came in blockin but yea, she's a nice girl. Her mom gave me some seriously dirty looks and I could actually hear her saying, "Boys like that..." lol

Met Puffy before he was really famous at a car show in Phx, Mc Lyte and him came over to the car club's tent and chilled for a while. They were both nice, as was everybody else that was with them.

Willie Nelson came to the bar I was working at. He's just like any other old hippy/cowboy lol.

That Tejano singer Little Joe used to be a family friend... he stayed in our guest room a couple times on tour when I was little... I guess they got paid better eventually and he started staying in hotels.

That dude is a monster. I used to have a lot of old skate tapes of Steve back before skateboarding was "cool" and considered "mainstream". Early 90s or so, Anyway he was the one that inspired me to pick up a skateboard, id love to meet him. That is just awesome.

Re: Who's the most famous person you've met?

Haven't met too many famous people. Met a bunch of congressmen when I did a trip to D.C. before my freshman year in highschool. My cousin Jon Hudson was guitarist for Faith No More. Also had a chance to meet Jack Del Rio (coach of the Jacksonville Jaguars) back when he was playing with the vikings, but hosed it somehow when I was a kid. His brother worked with the Alameda County Sherrif's department with my father and they were good friends.

Had a few famous people in my Family on my grandmothers end but were all dead well before I was born so those don't count. I also got to see Robin Williams do a small stand up routine when I worked at Electronic Arts (he was supposed to do voice overs for a game that got cancelled. I think the CEO didn't like the bow tie jokes he kept making )

Also met a few Oakland A's from the 80's during the fan fests. Had Terry Steinbach's, Dave Stewart's, Dave Henderson, Walt Weiss, and a bunch of other autographs.

Re: Who's the most famous person you've met?

I met Jon Heder, Billy Boyd, and David Wenham at Comic Con a couple years ago. I interviewed the last two about some LOTR thing, and Jon Heder was there doing Napoleon Dynamite promo so I met him. I also met Hal Sparks there too, he was with some model girl that was signing shit at our booth.

The BEST celeb I ever met was Evangeline Lilly like RIGHT when Lost came out. It was like the week before the pilot aired, and I had seen the episode because of a screener copy or something. She came into this restaurant I was at with my aunt, and I was like....is that her? Can't be...and my aunt said it probably wasn't, but I was almost sure it was so I went up to her and asked. She was fucking awesome, and I wanted an autograph but I didn't have a pen so she went out to her car and like brought me a Lost postcard and signed it and stuff. And she took a picture with me :D it was so awesome. She has changed alot now from what I hear in her interviews, saying how she hates when fans talk to her and shit. I guess fame changes people, but a couple years ago before she was very famous she was nice .

Oh and I met Travis Barker in a record shop and gave him a hug. Met a couple guys in New Found Glory too. I had a walk on part in a movie and got to meet Christine Taylor, and Shane Brolly. We rode around in a van for a while and I got to see Christine before she had her makeup done...it was cool lol.

Oh and I met Marisa Ramirez too, she was really beautiful and super nice also.

Re: Who's the most famous person you've met?

I was on my way back to Denver from Cancun, and our flight made a stop at the Houston airport. We were waiting for our flight and coincidently was listening to "Peligroso Pop" (a song by Plastilina Mosh), when I spot a guy that looks like the lead singer of the band I was listening to. I walk closer and I see the other guy. I walked up to them and asked if they were Plastilina Mosh, and they said yes, and the plane people let me change my seats to sit next to them and we chilled and talked the whole flight to Denver.

Turns out they were going to play a show in Denver, but I wasn't 21 yet so I couldn't go (they played in a 21 and over club). =(

    Anyway, here's their MySpace page.
