Its for a friend who is 100 cloth and 51 gold iirc, he was wondering if he could risk doing it now with gold support.

Don't risk it. I got a skillup on one with 57 GS(and I always used imagery before I capped my sub), so it is at least 58 cap.

Chances are it's 60 cap. So... make him cap it, since GS is a useful sub and he should enjoy blue letters as much as the rest of us.

could be wrong but i don't think that there is anything whose sub and Main craft break the craft system they have (40 levels post 60) so 100 and 60+ isn't possible.

60+ means 60 or above...certainly could be 100/60.
