Indeed it is, although it did lead me to figure out that google is also a surprisingly adept calculator.

I dont have VDub but I do have Premier Pro CS3, I'm not very adept with it but it allows me to set clipping points on certain frames, I'm hoping if I do that it will somewhere tell me exactly how many frames I have selected so that I don't have to count them >.<

Recording 10 attack rounds /w a high delay, and checking it frame by frame in a program like VDub is fairly easy to figure out. If you want to get more accurate you can modify your .DAT attack animations to all the be same(this will make more sense when you actualli do the frame counting.)

I think Martial Arts works by reducing base H2H Delay. (Meaning it doesn't affect your weapon)

this is correct MA1 cuts 80 delay and the subsequent traits cut 20 each(there are 6 MA traits) i dont know what you mean by it wont effect your weapon though because it does effect your tp gain >_<
