Like, seriously, I could see something like that Minerva breastplate existing, but it'd have to be an obscene amount of work (equal to what a relic would take, or more). But, SE doesn't have enough imagination. Oh well.
I mean, Relic Horn already breaks a lot of things--what's a bodypiece like that going to do? Most of the people that end up getting it probably would never benefit from it anyway, considering the obscene amount of RDMs so anti-nuking.
