    Taking a guess at final stage of Conqueror

    Conqueror
    Damage: 97 Delay: 504 Accuracy: +10
    "Subjugation" (new WS hopefully 4 hit crit based, lol, ya right)
    Additional effect: Impairs evasion
    Lv. 75 WAR

    Subjugation causes a strong intimidation effect on the monster similar to killer traits for a short time 20-60 seconds based on TP.
    The new weapons will most likely not have a hidden x2 damage on random but enhance certain things for the job War would get enhanced double attack (5%,) and +10 att, -15% phys damage (more likely +15 defense but hoping that SE will fix def/vit formulas some day.)

    As much as that would some what make sense killer effects are hardly limited to Bst. I was just thinking about sticking to the theme of Conqueror making a mob not do anything would make sense to me. Could be a paralyze effect but Wars don't really do sneaky mage debuffs. A chance to Terror for a short time would be awesome too and maybe make more sense for War.

    Overall what I'd like to see is have Conqueror being a enhancement to War's tanking ability.

    In all fairness they're upgrading Old Relics... however.
    Doesnt mean Conquerer isnt a liiitle Bit overpowered, But to be honost, The only things RoTZ Relics have going for them is the DoT...

    Maybe they'll upgrade old Relics in a fashion like so?

    Relic Weapon
    DMG? Delay??
    Stat Enhancements (STR/DEX/ETC)
    Specefic Upgrade to Jobs that can equip weapon
    Accuracy and Attack Enhancements (like the Accuracy+20/attack+20, only maybe Both?)
    The Added Effect/etc
    "Weaponskill Name"

    Im hoping the overhaul makes Relic weapons more then just High DoT. (Although, the 3x DMG Proc Is Absolutely Amazing)
    Also: Relic Weaponskills mostly suck.

    About the Flamming of Fictional Weapons... Ha-Ha, No.

    its the "Random Item Creation Fun" Thread. These weapons will seriously never be added to the game, its all about random enjoyment... so people enjoy using their creative musle, regardless of how Unrealistic it is. So please, Im asking you, one person with IQ above 150 to the other, Please Dont flame Fictional Weapons, or point out how broken they are... its rather pointless, seeing as how if they REALLY are broken, They'll never be added to the game.

    (Not like any of these weapons or items will ever see any light outside of this thread anyway, Right people?)

    But Really, take your Angry ass to Spam forum if you need to rant about how Broken Fictional items are

    I imagine the Conqueror being more like

    D: 99 (since Bravura will be bumped up to 103 or something) DLY:487
    Double Attack +5%
    Additional Effect: Terror (5-30% proc depending on level of mob, only lasts for a moment on anything high-level)
    "Dominion Break"

    Dominion Break would reduce a monster's Attack, Accuracy, Evasion, Defense, Attack Speed, and Casting Speed by 10% each. It would be 1.80x damage with a 40% STR and 40% VIT mod, and more TP would increase the duration of the debuffs. The speed penalties would stack with Slow and Elegy.

    Um ya I think it will be similar to Bravura. Personally I don't think these relics are going to be nearly as hard to get as regular relics so I don't see them being that overpowered really. As for the whole theory that the dynamis relics will be upgraded themselves I'm almost positive they only meant they were improving the WSs on the weapons nothing else.

    I don't want Conqueror to have sub 504 Delay, I like my /Sam+Rajas/Chiv+2 hit RR=6 hit build, thank you.

    Ya I wouldn't care much if it was lower delay I'd just use Carbo+1 or Arrabiatto(sp?) on special occasions. I also don't use Chiv chain because I have Fort. Torque.

    I would be very, very sad if these relics were "similar" to the previous relics. If I wanted a Bravura, I'll upgrade a Bravura - Conquerer should be something entirely different.

    How different could they be really though? It'd be cool if they jailer weaponesque style except good but I'd say it's unlikely.

    I meant Rajas+Brutal, since I WS in Snow now, was a little sleepy.
