On ranger, I just tp/run around in O.hat, I find it more worthwhile than Wyvern helm which is good for sidewindah but that's that!
You can get quite enough str+ in other pieces, and not worry about break binding <.<

Other than ohat being horrendously butt fucking ugly. I have stylishness requirements that must be met at all times.

any damage dealing action that does at minimum 1hp in damage has the chance (not 100%) to break the magic, Bind, and will break any Shadowbind 100% of the time.

it's a reaction but in the way the game processes things it's still an action done on a target in the end, hence what I meant.

Additional effect damage generates 0 enmity. This is true of en-spells, Excalibur procs, and spikes. Not sure what the other guy was thinking trying to be an "elitist" and then mentioning that spikes would give you MORE enmity when they went off.
