You know, I've been playing since like, may 06, and I never thought it was a major accomplishment to beat kirin, even when it was old news to kill him in the first place. But seriously, its 2008, and yeah... like, this is just so old. I mean, if you dedicated a paragraph to Kirin/Sky in a larger blog post, that'd be ok, I might even congratulate you on 3 osodes in a row... but an entire post? This late in the game? I'm more excited to see drops from Powderkeg in the dorp thread.

Too bad, I used to read his GMR column back before I played, to think I've made more progress than he has in the same period of time. Then again, I remember him bragging about having a character at level 30 in a game review in GMR once.

Yes, you read that correctly but honestly how hard is it to get people together for lolOmega vs a Divine Might run? (if you have a horrible work schedule and can only play at certain times). The only reason I have mine done is I took a day off of work last year to be able to do it with people. Thats also one of his Alt's, if I recall correctly his main character already cleared DM sometime in the past. If we're going to turn this into a thread bitching about people who get gear they don't deserve I'm certain there are better stories out there than someone with Homam on a character that has THF leveled.

Passing off Kirin fights as an amazing feat shows an incredible lack of journalistic integrity, complete and utter cluelessness about the subject matter, apathetic irrelevance to the process, or a combination of all three.

None of which should be held by any "boss" in a journalistic field.
