Sup Montreal fans, damn I guess we're so damn lucky we won 4-1 despite getting the shit kicked out of us penalty wise. It's ok, come back next year when you can step your game up for the playoffs, the only games in the season that REALLY count. Everyone knows noone plays hardcore hockey in the incredibly long 82 game season.

Sorry Locke, but Flyer's hockey was simply horrible 90% of the time. Umberger and Biron were awesome, but it's the only good thing about team. Montreal had no goaler, and that's what made the series one sided.

Anyway, counting the amount of open net/poles, I would say Flyers are lucky to win this 4-1.

It makes me cry that we (Vancouver) had Umberger and just let him go for nothing because Brian Burke didn't want to give him the standard entry level contract for a first round draft pick. He's the big center Vancouver desparately needs and now shows he's a beast in the playoffs.

There is a minimum any NHL goaler should be able to do, and montreal's goaler didnt have it. Mtl lost the series, but that doesnt make Flyers a good team. They were horrible on almost every aspect.

All I'm saying is that if one team has a goalie playing very well against a team whose goalie is playing sub-par games, it is a significant advantage. I can't really comment on which team played better, since I did not watch much of that series.

If they're a bad team like you say, the Penguins should beat them.

As a penguins fan, I'm happy they won... even happier that Jagr is out.

I however, am worried about this Philly series, because Biron is playing amazing goal right now. I think it'll be a good one, and go at least 6 games. I however won't be surprised if Philly wins it even though I think Pittsburgh has the better team.

I'm sorry but I fail to see how the Flyers are a bad team in almost every aspect when they eliminated 2 of the hottest teams in the Eastern Conference playoffs.................
The Caps were playing great hockey and the Habs were playing well enough also.

Montreal struggled with the number 8 seed.........................
