probably a year max for being a celeb and plea bargaining and shit. he'll walk with fines and probation more likely. Normal person, ass raping prison for 2-3 years.

just saw this...i don't know what's up in his life, but i hope he gets his shit straightened out. hate to see his career be ruined 'cause of some problems he couldn't handle. he's a great dude and i wish him the best.
