I think the account is Sudrol's old account that was renamed which he sold to one of their completely stripped minus a pair of Unicorn Leggings +1 for some extreme amount of money. The entire LS jumped ship shortly after to another server. Not sure if that's where they went.

That was my first thought. Having checked the history it seems the blood cuisses sold for 100k less than the max listed.

The thing is, at least half of those are legit sales. That still makes it way too high of an HQ rate for that level synth, not to mention all the high level bonecrafting involved for the dragon ingredients.
