If you want to master jobs on story characters, do dispatch missions with non-story characters, this gets you AP for everyone and EXP for your non-story characters.

If you want to master jobs on non-story characters, do normal missions and use your story-characters (or a mix). Your story characters get exp, and everyone gets AP.

I don't religiously do this, but I try to level up on the best jobs whenever I can without it taking too much effort on my part. <.<

I have never gotten exp from a dispatch mission. Fail or success.

The person comes back, the exp screen pops up like usual, 0 exp gained.

Just beat this yesterday. Overall, I was unimpressed.

I'm already bored with it ;/ It seems the quests are the same crap over and over again and it just gets boring imo with a bad storyline.

I played 30mins of it, and put it down in disgust in remembering how shit the 1st one was. I gave it another try and played for another 2 hours, and now im just pissed. There have been less then a handfull of RPGs I couldnt finish, this will be one of them.
