She's on BRD. Why oh why would any BRD, even one as gimp as her, need an R3? TP Burn hi. But the fact that she couldn't even ask for it, but her friend had to, kind of irked me as well. So I said something about it, and she gives me a sob story about how she has to work 35+ hours a week.

I've read this about 5 times now and I still can't figure out what her hours of work has to do with asking for a raise and which tier.

Apparently you missed the memo that said Beastly earring sucks for RDM? I know I don't run with the leetest crowd, but none of the rdms I know are using a axe/eva/chr build. Honestly, the only job I think doesn't have a better earring than Beastly to use from DM is BST, and even thats debatable. If you don't think Beastly on RDM is gimp, then I don't really know what to say...
